My Client-First Philosophy
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a Redding real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
I moved to Cottonwood with my parents and 3 siblings when I was 4 years old. Needless to say, since I was raised in the area, I am familiar with just about everything around Shasta, Tehama and the surrounding counties. As a kid, I learned the basics of life at Evergreen School and then graduated from Red Bluff High. We swam in the creeks, hiked in the mountains, played in the lakes, fished in the mountain streams, danced on the sandy beaches and gazed at the brilliant stars while we were camping. We sewed our own clothes, fed our chickens and animals and learned to work hard and do the best job we could, whatever we were doing. I bring these ethics to my real estate business.
After attending college at Biola University in La Mirada and the University of California at Davis, I got married and entered the next phase of my life. My husband was transferred to Anchorage, Alaska and I thought I was an Eskimo for the 3+ years we lived there before moving down to Oregon. During the years in Alaska and Oregon, I was blessed with 4 amazing, beautiful, incredible kids. My two oldest daughters, their husbands, and my 5 darling grandkids live in Medford, Or. My son and youngest daughter live and work in the Sacramento, Ca area.
In 2000, I moved back home to Cottonwood, where I continued as a Realtor after getting my license in Oregon in 1994, and I have successfully built my real estate business thanks to all of my wonderful clients and the referrals of long time friends and acquaintances.
I consider this community an excellent place to call home and would love to share with you my enthusiasm for the many neighborhoods that encompass it. I pride myself on providing unparalleled service and look forward to developing a long-term relationship with you.
